Lady Vodka

• 3 oz – Mandarin Vodka
• 1 oz simple syrup
• Ice
• 1 oz Cherry Herring
• Shake first three ingredients and strain into martini glass. Sink the Cherry herring into the bottom of glass. Flame an orange peel over the drink and serve.
